WHAT IS IN OUR HOME INSPECTION REPORT

We will make your home inspection report easy to understand and easy to find what’s important.

After the inspection, we will create a report that depicts the condition of the home and outlines the following:

• The inspector will include general information about the inspection.
• We will also conduct a detailed assessment of systems and components.
• The inspector will accompany all notated issues with pictures and detailed descriptions.
• Moreover, we will include a summary and rating for each issue.
• In addition, the inspector will explain the Operation of Various Systems.

During the inspection, we note three different categories of concern that will be included in the report.

All items are categorized based on observations made at the time of the inspection.

Minor

Items in this category are relatively minor. They require inexpensive and uncomplicated repairs.

Major

This category considers items defective, in need of repair or replacement, showing obvious signs of concern and damage, and possibly requiring additional repairs that are not visible.

Safety

Items listed in this category are considered a safety issue.
